IDeal - Idaho Education Savings Program was enacted by the Idaho Legislature in 2000 and launched in 2001, and can be found in Sections 33-5401 to 5410, Idaho Code.

IDeal is governed by the State College Savings Program Board, with Program management by Ascensus College Savings, LLC. (ACS) and investment management by The Vanguard Group, Inc. The Savings Portfolio is managed by Sallie Mae Bank.
